We offer private tutoring as in-person or online lessons. We also offer diagnostic assessments and virtual tutoring which is a guided online course

Which Grades do you Cater to?

CAPS (IEB and NSC) as well as Cambridge

Which subjects do you offer assistance in?

No we are not

Do you have a center where I can bring the learner in to?

We have a premises from which we operate which can be used as a center. However, in-person classes includes our tutor travelling to your place to conduct lessons

What are the backgrounds of the tutors?

Our tutors comprise of university students , qualified teachers, and lecturers

How does payment work?

​

Payment for online services such as our diagnostic assessments and virtual tutor courses are serviced online, either as a once-off fee or as a recurring monthly payment unless cancelled. Payment for a private tutor is billed and invoiced monthly. 50% of the invoiced amount is to be paid upfront and the balance settled by the 25th of each month

Can i cancel the service?

Private tutoring services can be cancelled at any time. Virtual tutoring courses requires cancellation to be done before your subsciption renews online

Which areas do you service?

​

Currently, we service all around South Africa but will be expanding to cater to other countries in future

Where do lessons take place?

​

Private tutoring takes place in either your home or online. Virtual tutoring courses are strictly online

When do lessons take place?

​

To remain flexible and accommodating, we are able to schedule lessons throughout the week. This is dependent on the learner's and tutor's schedule

Do you work on weekends?

​

Yes we do

How do your virtual courses work?

​

You need to sign up online via the "My Virtual Courses" tab. This service is then billed monthly through our PayPal payments service provider. The Virtual courses are accessible at any time and offer a 7-day free trial

Why do I need to become a site member for your virtual courses and diagnostic assessments?

​

In order to keep track of learner data such as activity records and gradebooks, we need the learner's name and email address which are provided to us upon subscription

Why do I need  PayPal account for subscription payments?

​

PayPal ensure customer safety when dealing with payments and account disputes. Payment information is stored to your person PayPal account

For how long should i hire a tutor?

All learners are different, but in our experience, at least two terms of tutor support tends to produce consistent and reliable results

How effective are tutoring services?

​

Not all learners are academically inclined and so it would depend on the commitment of the student as well. Overall, at least 95% of students tend to show a performance increase

My tutor is not the right fit for my child, can i change?

​

This can be arranged but on a reasonable basis. We protect the interest of our tutors to prevent any case of unfair discrimination

We've taken the diagnostic assessment. How do we proceed from there?

​

​Get in touch with us so that we can arrange an analysis report on the student's results. We can there advise or provide a service to overcome any grey areas
