In-Person Tutors  FAQ

Do I get my own private tutor when signing up?

Yes you do. We do however have a separate Grouped Online Tutoring Service which consists of an online classroom of students. You can view the available Grouped Online Math Classes here

Do I have to sign up for a specific term/period?

No. You can sign up whenever you're ready, and cancel with a written notice of cancellation 2-weeks prior. To sign up, you can contact us here

How are face to face lessons paid for?

Payment is done via EFT or bank transfer. We split payments into two equal monthly installments, the first being when the invoice is sent to you, and the remainder of the payment on the 25th of each month.

How are face to face lessons billed?

We bill based on the expected and agreed upon hours to be covered within a given month

I can't find a specific grade i'd like to enrol for. Can I still enrol the learner?

If your grade is not listed here, it is because we require that learner's be in a particular grade (grade 4-7) in order to book an In-person tutor.
