ONLINE TUTORS FAQ
Do I get my own private tutor when signing up?
Yes you do. We do however have a separate Grouped Online Tutoring Service which consists of an online classroom of students. You can view the available Grouped Online Math Classes here
Do I have to sign up for a specific term/period?
No. You can sign up whenever you're ready, and cancel with a written notice of cancellation 2-weeks prior. To sign up, you can contact us here

How are online lessons paid for?
Payment is done via EFT or bank transfer. We split payments into two equal monthly installments, the first being when the invoice is sent to you, and the remainder of the payment on the 25th of each month.
How are online lessons billed?
We bill based on the expected and agreed upon hours to be covered within a given month
I can't find a specific grade i'd like to enrol for. Can I still enrol the learner?
If your grade is not listed here, it is because we require that learner's be in a particular grade (grade 5-12) in order to book an Online tutor.

How do you ensure interactivity in lessons?
Our platform features an integrated whiteboard with video and audio conferencing. Use digital whiteboard classrooms ensures that we are able to let the learner collaborate and engage with the material being presented during the lesson
Which platform do you host the lessons on?
Our lessons are hosted on our online campus (www.campus.tutorsincsa.com) which can be accessed through your student dashboard once your membership has been approved. In cases of system maintenance/downtime, we may use a suitable platform such as Zoom, Google classroom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
